A negative entry requires evidence, always.
An incident cannot be filed as a free-text accusation. It must fall under one of five fixed categories and come with supporting evidence attached, or it is never submitted for review in the first place.
A person reviews every submission before publication.
Every cooperation and every incident, together with its evidence, is checked by a reviewer independent of the casino that filed it before it becomes visible to other operators. Nothing reaches the record automatically.
Anyone flagged can contest the entry.
An affiliate marked as flagged can request the reasoning behind the entry and contest it. Every dispute is decided by a person, not an algorithm, and no entry is treated as final without that opportunity having been given.
